மண் பானையில் நாட்டு கோழி குழம்பு / Naatu Koli Kulambu / Naatu Kozhi Recipe in Tamil by Kuchi Mittai
I wanted to cook in a Mud Pot for a long time, but never got the time to do that. Until recently my husband bought this Pot home. The first thing I've tried is this recipe. The Country Chicken Curry, our traditional one, which I got to know about from my Mom.
There is a difference between cooking from Silver or non-stick utensils and Mud Pot. The flavor is unique in Mud Pot. One can say, it is "Man Vasanai". This curry is delicious, spicy and is suited for Rice, Khushka, Parotta and Chappathi.
