Homemade version of Country Chicken 65. Very simple and easy.

I hate using too much oil in food. In the same way, instead of using lots of oil to get the crispy chicken 65, I used less oil and maintained the heat at optimum/medium temperature. That way the chicken absorbs less oil and at the same time turns out crispy. I added a bit of lemon juice for the tartness in the resulting taste. It gives a distinctive flavor and aroma to the chicken and at the same time retains the hot taste of pepper. You should definitely try this at home if you love chicken dishes. Thanks for watching.
