Channa Masala is one of our favorite dish in India. It is served alongside Poori (as Chola Puri or Chole Batura/Puri). It can also be served alongside Chappathi, Naan or even Rice. This Spicy and saucy dish is delicious with spices and herbs. It’s wholesome and it’s gluten free. You can also store any leftover in the freezer and reheat it to consume again. There are various versions and ways to do them. This version is my addition to that list. You don’t have to ditto it, you can add masalas and ingredients according to your taste-buds. Channa (Chickpeas) is a great addition to your healthy diet. It contains a range of nutrients including Protein which is necessary for bone, muscle and skin health. The calcium, iron and other nutrients in Channa can also contribute to healthy bone structure and strength.
