Sometimes some food are better only at hotels. Whatever you do, you can’t replicate them at the same taste in your home. The Rava Dosa is one such for me. I’ve tried numerous versions and failed miserably. With proper learning and practice, anything is possible. And at last I started to perfect the Rava Dosa at home these days. This is one of the simplest version. Hope you will like this and it will be much better than the hotel version. This one will surely be done without much effort at home and still is tastes much better than one from the hotels. The most important thing is to serve them as soon as you have prepared it.
