Spicy Tomato Chutney | Kara Chutney for Dosa by Kuchi Mittai

This Spicy Tomato Chutney (Kara Chutney) is very famous in South India. Most of the vegetarian hotels in South India serves this Chutney alongside Idly, Dosa and Idiyappam. This chutney is spicy with tangy tomato flavor and is rich in taste and aroma as it is cooked with spices and herbs.

You can also apply this Chutney evenly on Dosa while preparing and prepare a spicy Dosa(Kara Dosai) which can savored with Sambhar. There are two ways to prepare this Spicy Tomato Chutney. This is the first version and I will upload the second version soon. Thanks for watching.
