Hi friends,

This time I’ve tried Paneer Butter Masala and it turned out better than I thought. I’ve not followed the hotel style and experimented with various spices. Especially the Kashmiri Chilli 🌶 Powder rather than normal one. What I dislike most about hotel or restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala is that they add artificial Colors and flavours for taste and look. Even after washing hands, the hands look red with the Colors they’ve added. So I avoided adding any artificial Colors or flavours.
