There is nothing better or delicious than the Dosa/Idli topped with Sambhar and Chutneys as a morning breakfast. My husband and my kids love crispy Dosa with Coconut Chutney. So for them to enjoy their favorite combo without boring, I started adding various other ingredients along with it. One such is this Peanut Coconut Chutney, which is adding roasted peanuts to coconut along with usual additions as per your taste-buds.
