Rajma Masala is one of the famous and favourite North Indian Food. Rajma or Red Kidney Beans, as like any other legumes are good for health. They are rich in fiber, protein, Vitamin B1, Iron and Folates.

After knowing their health benefits I’ve tried to cook my very own version and it turns out to be delicious, flavourful and spicy.
