Hi friends,

There are days where guests come to our home surprisingly or when my hubby or children asks “Sapda ethavathu iruntha kuduma” (meaning give us something to eat Mom). And when I have nothing special at home, I get tensed and look for something to do asap. But under pressure nothing will come to my mind. Then, one day it suddenly occurred to me. An easy, quick and instant sweet that can be done in minutes. The heavenly Kesari. My hubby and children likes them a lot. And I do them at every festival in the morning and share them with the family and neighbours. Now I’ve also included them as a snack whenever a guest arrives or a sudden need for treat arises. One thing I forgot to mention in the video. That is, for every cup of Rava, you have to use a cup of Coconut Milk and a cup of Water. Thanks for watching.
